At Track My Tools, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. All physical items, including foam inserts, tool kits, and rollcabs, are covered by our 14-day return and resolution policy in the unlikely event of an unacceptable quality issue.
How it works:

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Our first step will always be to arrange a repair or replacement. A full refund will only be offered if a suitable resolution cannot be provided.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items to us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held liable for items lost in return transit.
Exclusions:
This policy applies only to physical products. Services such as laser etching, software, or consultations are non-refundable once delivered.
